Requirements

  • Ensuring compliance with prescribed standards in guest relations, labor costs, paper costs, and restaurant safety/sanitation
  • Maintaining personnel records and team member schedules
  • Adherence to all company operational procedures for the dining room, service area, and kitchen
  • Presentation of specials, promotions, and marketing plans according to company procedures

Responsibilities

  • Ensuring the highest level of hospitality and service to guests at all times (as Manager on Duty)
  • Decision making regarding team member position assignments
  • Decision making regarding purchases in accordance with established inventory levels and budgets
  • Decision making regarding disciplinary actions as needed
  • Decision making regarding all operational decisions required to effectively execute shift operations
  • Preparing and maintaining personnel records, team member schedules, and financial/administrative reports
  • Ensuring all company operational procedures are adhered to
  • Presenting specials, promotions, and marketing plans according to company procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations
