Responsibilities

  • Direct department personnel, ensuring they meet department goals and objectives
  • Communicate directly with store management and department supervisors
  • Selecting, onboarding, and coaching new team members
  • Scheduling all team members
  • Providing product information, offering selling suggestions, and conducting active sampling
  • Taking guest orders and ensuring timely and satisfactory completion
  • Ensuring department personnel follow all county, city, and company food safety and sanitation guidelines and policies
  • Ordering products and supplies to maintain adequate stock levels and merchandising standards
