Responsibilities

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience during all hours of operations, prioritizing the guest’s needs over task
Uphold and maintain the execution of the Food & Beverage standards and Pizza Hut brand standards (where applicable)
Execute Food & Beverage processes, including food deliveries, replenishment, straightening merchandise, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing and storing reserve product
Produce, package and label items to specifications on production cards and follow specific department routines to drive sales, instocks and profitability
Maintain a neat, clean and inviting dining area for guests throughout shift (as applicable)
Make changes to salesfloor merchandise displays
Always be aware of current promotions in Café and Pizza Hut (where applicable)
Complete and record all cleaning tasks in the food service space as outlined in best practices
Follow proper perishable inventory procedures to ensure an accurate recording of inventory
Follow all food safety requirements including monitoring and recording temperature sensitive food items as outlined in best practice
Use sampling and suggestive selling to promote products and increase sales
Be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store, and specific to your area, to solve issues for the guest and improve their experience
Complete Pizza Hut training requirements and certifications related to quality control of Pizza Hut products
Always demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
Work in a safe manner at all times; comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training; report hazards and correct where possible
Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pick up (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, such as compliance with federal, state, and local adult beverage laws
Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you are completing your daily tasks
When guests need assistance, engage with guests in a welcoming way, to help solve their specific needs
Thank guests and let them know we’re happy they chose to shop at Target
