Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, touring stores, providing feedback, communicating on operations/business initiatives, and guiding change efforts
  • Model exceptional customer service by demonstrating OBW, supporting initiatives like store of the community, resolving complaints, developing action plans, and ensuring high-quality experiences
  • Drive financial performance and sales by reviewing P&L, managing budgeting/forecasting/expenses, monitoring merchandise/inventory/operations, and implementing plans to meet sales/profit goals
  • Provide supervision and development for hourly associates through hiring, training, mentoring, assigning duties, setting expectations, recognition, and recruiting to meet staffing needs
  • Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by maintaining stakeholder relationships, supporting plans/initiatives, communicating goals, building accountability, measuring progress, and promoting learning
  • Ensure compliance with policies/procedures, support mission/values/ethics by implementing action plans, utilizing Open Door Policy, and guiding business processes
  • Build high-performing teams, embrace differences, create belonging culture, collaborate effectively, attract/retain/develop talent, and recognize contributions
  • Act with integrity by maintaining ethics/compliance standards, modeling Walmart values, holding accountable, and supporting regenerative goals through positive impact, belonging, waste elimination, and local giving
