Requirements
Candidates must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, and at least one year of experience in the floral industry or a related field. They should be knowledgeable of floral processing, product, design, and mechanics, and be able to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Responsibilities
As a Floral Assistant, you will collaborate with Floral Designers to craft small, elegant floral pieces for clients, hone skills in floral mechanics, event budgeting, and design, and explore the latest design trends and techniques. You will also work hands-on with event décor production, including receiving, processing, and organizing floral products, preparing and delivering floral containers and props, and leading setup and teardown for events. Additionally, you will manage inventory, report variances, and ensure supplies are ready for future creations.
