Responsibilities

Act as the strong link between the Store Director/Director and the sales teams
Manage the sales floor by continuously improving customer experience and service through personalized and unifying coaching
Animate daily briefs and boost team motivation
Pilot KPIs (IV, TT, PM, omnicanal) and support the achievement of commercial objectives
Propose corrective action plans to improve collective and individual performance
Unite the team by developing skills and autonomy
Ensure compliance with operational procedures by teams (stocks, cash registers, merchandising, store upkeep) and guarantee an unforgettable customer experience
