Must have knowledge of custom store fixture industry and receiving
Ability to clearly identify product from package labels
Strong desire to learn and grow within the company
Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on work
Willingness to ask questions and seek guidance when needed
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in manufacturing or construction is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

Assist in building trusses and understanding the full assembly process
Learn to read and interpret construction and truss design prints accurately
Perform setup tasks on various tables and universal stations to support production flow
Train on operating saws used in truss manufacturing, including safety and maintenance procedures
Learn how to properly package finished truss components and materials for delivery or storage
Participate in cross-training across multiple roles to support team flexibility and production efficiency
Ask questions, seek feedback, and actively pursue knowledge to improve performance and understanding
Follow all safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and productive work environment
