Candidates need a university degree (at least bachelor's), prior experience in inbound contact centers or customer service preferably in automotive/services, proficiency in CRM systems, good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel, B2 English level, and strong communication, customer orientation, problem-solving, and team working skills.
