Requirements

  • Titolo di studio universitario (almeno laurea triennale)
  • Esperienza pregressa in Contact Center inbound o altri ruoli di assistenza clienti, preferibilmente in ambito automotive o servizi
  • Ottima padronanza nell’utilizzo di sistemi CRM per la gestione dei ticket, delle anagrafiche e dello storico cliente
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, soprattutto MS Excel
  • Conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata (livello B2)
  • Ottime capacità comunicative, orientamento al cliente, capacità di gestire situazioni complesse con empatia e professionalità, problem solving
  • Team working e collaborazione trasversale con altri reparti

Responsibilities

  • Gestione delle richieste telefoniche e via mail da parte dei clienti e broker
  • Supporto informativo su: contratti di noleggio, sinistri, consegne, servizi e fatturazione
  • Collaborazione con i reparti interni Fleet (Ordini e Consegne, Sinistri, Rete assistenza veicoli), Amministrazione e Sales Support
  • Gestione dei reclami
