Key duties include overseeing fleet maintenance, ensuring safety practices, interviewing and training technicians, managing vehicle maintenance and documentation, handling purchasing and budgets, assisting drivers, complying with regulations, and producing reports.

Strong candidates will have fleet management experience to oversee maintenance, lead safety culture, hire and train technicians, manage budgets and parts inventory, ensure regulatory compliance, and produce reports.
