Requirements

Candidates should possess completed higher education studies with progressive experience in related fields such as direct customer sales, product support, or direct field experience, along with proven expertise in direct customer sales or product support, the ability to transform numerical data into business insight, aptitude towards working with heavy machinery and gaining knowledge of Caterpillar’s current product line, and subject matter expertise in the management of equipment fleets or direct responsibility for maintenance & repair contract management. Superior relationship building skills, excellent communication skills in both Polish and English, and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time are also required.

Responsibilities

The Fleet Manager will lead customer engagements and provide matrix leadership for contract execution, act as a liaison between various parties at Caterpillar, Dealers, and key end-user personnel, successfully deliver all contractual obligations, analyze equipment data and advise on solution strategies, demonstrate problem-solving skills in customer-working environments, cooperate with Caterpillar product groups and other Business Units to gain a complete understanding of the technical and operational capabilities of Caterpillar’s equipment, technology, and services, create innovative new value-added capabilities to improve site operations, and build a true partnership based on mutual trust and respect.
