Age: 18 - 45 years old
Education: SPM/Diploma in any field (Fresh graduates encouraged)
Experience: No formal experience required, but prior experience demonstrating logic-driven problem-solving skills is advantageous
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good interpersonal skills
Strong analytical problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Assist in planning driver routes (Zonal Routing or Manual Routing)
Assist Station Head in daily routine tasks: Receive & Return shipment
Assist Station Head in daily routine tasks: Sorting
Assist Station Head in daily routine tasks: Van Inbound
Assist Station Head in daily routine tasks: Latlong Parcels
Assist Station Head in daily routine tasks: PETs Ticket creation
Assist Station Head in daily routine tasks: Route Monitoring
Assist Station Head in daily routine tasks: Route Inbound
Assist Station Head in daily routine tasks: Bank in COD money (if Station Head is absent)
Comply with all related Standard Operating Procedure & Work Instructions
Assist Station Head in maintaining station infrastructure and cleanliness
Comply with Ninjavan Code of Conduct
Comply with Ninja Van Quality Policies & Quality Objectives
Any other task instructed by superior
