Candidates should possess strong administrative skills, automotive equipment awareness (if possible), and proficient PC skills, including Microsoft Office and SAP (desirable, with training provided). Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to manage workload effectively.
The Fleet Administrator will provide maintenance planning and defect management control within the UKI Fleet Engineering Maintenance team, documenting all maintenance tasks in accordance with Air Products and DVSA policies. They will maintain and communicate up-to-date information on UK&I Fleet VOR levels, control and review fleet maintenance tasks in SAP, ensuring safety critical equipment is maintained, and managing maintenance schedules for 450+ pieces of equipment. The role involves creating purchase requisitions, processing invoices, assisting with planned maintenance activities, updating cost centers, and working with distribution areas to initiate preventative maintenance tasks. Additionally, the Fleet Administrator will provide additional administrative support to other engineering functions and resolve day-to-day accounts queries related to external vendor activities.
