The FP&A Team in Costa Rica is seeking a Team Lead to manage a local team and support Cost Management activities for the Commercial Finance organization. This is a high-visibility role with significant impact on senior leadership decisions. You will collaborate with finance teams to drive the success of cost optimization plans, in addition to fulfilling traditional FP&A deliverables. You will report to the Sr Manager - Cost.
