Responsibilities

  • Support Fidelity’s customers over the phone by answering questions about account balances, making withdrawals, transferring funds, identifying resources, and placing trades
  • Work from home during onboarding, spending one day per week in the Investor Center
  • Study for and obtain FINRA licenses (SIE, Series 7 Top Off, Series 66) with paid, on-the-job study time, support from licensing coaches, group and individualized study plans, and review classes
  • Support customers with increasing complexity to develop and hone skills, spending four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center during training
  • Dedicate time each week to develop new skills, network with colleagues, and take online classes
  • Transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center upon completion of training (depending on business need, may spend more time remotely supporting inbound phone customers beforehand)
  • Build advanced skills as part of the wealth management development track
