Requirements

20+ years of experience in technology and consulting services, with experience in both services and customer perspectives
10+ years of experience in the financial services industry (e.g., banking, fintech, insurance, investment, or mortgage)
Deep understanding of cloud-native technologies, with a strong affinity for AWS
Proven track record of driving technological innovation in customer management roles
Strong leadership skills with experience in cross-functional team management
Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex technical concepts to various audiences
Strategic thinker with the ability to align technology solutions with business objectives
Experience with P&L management
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
Visionary thinker with a strong opinion on technology trends and applications (preferred)

Responsibilities

Serve as the technological thought leader and trusted partner for a financial services focused customer portfolio of 8-10 customers
Drive innovation and strategic technology decisions to support customer growth
Work directly with customers to understand their needs and propose cutting-edge solutions
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, strategy, and delivery teams to ensure successful implementation of technology strategies and maximize customer value and experience
Manage P&L responsibility for the assigned customer portfolio and resources associated with active customer engagements
Coach customer leadership across sales and delivery
Stay at the forefront of cloud technology trends, particularly in AWS ecosystems
Contribute to the overall company growth strategy and technological direction
