Responsibilities

Serve as the official face of Fidelity, impacting branch atmosphere through integrity and honesty
Inspire client dedication and engagement to develop long-lasting positive relationships
Act as subject matter specialist in compliance and all front lobby transactions
Partner and contribute to branch success by identifying opportunities to deepen client relationships
Offer daily support to Fidelity’s most valuable clients
Identify leads and make effective introductions to impact branch success
Act as technology champion for the branch, adopting new technology and sharing knowledge with the team
Work onsite every other week (all business days, M-F) in a Fidelity office (hybrid role)
