Responsibilities

Service, retain, and grow Retail IRA client relationships through regular outreach and outside sales
Attain personally assigned and division-paid production goals
Manage primary clients within the mass affluent segment of Voya’s Retail IRA business
Direct customer relationships, utilizing Participant Service & Sales Solutions (PSSS) roles for support
Develop the Retail IRA service offering for Voya Wealth Management business
