Requirements

Candidates should possess 3 to 5 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), with a strong understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements. A good grasp of accounting, financial, and operational principles, along with experience developing financial reports and metrics, is required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential. The role also requires comfort working in flexible or night shifts and the ability to analyze and solve complex problems.

Responsibilities

The Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst will support annual operating plans and regular forecast exercises, manage reporting data from various database systems, and potentially handle client communication and query resolution. Key duties include performing financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, as well as preparing and analyzing P&L statements, forecast accuracy, and SG&A expenses. The analyst will also prepare Working Capital & Cost of Sales reports, utilize diverse applications, and provide support to business units by validating information, resolving problems, and coordinating communications.
