Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field, and ideally have a Master’s degree. A strong understanding of financial markets and capital markets is required, along with experience in data analysis and research. Experience with Excel and data visualization tools is also necessary.
The Financial Perception Research Analyst will actively follow the capital markets, researching companies and financial events to maintain up-to-date knowledge of multiple industries. They will conduct in-depth telephone interviews with buy-side analysts and portfolio managers, edit transcripts, organize data in Excel, interpret market sentiment findings, and provide strategic communications recommendations for clients. The role also involves contributing to a team environment by training junior analysts and fostering global collaboration, as well as guiding clients through project processes and delivering client-ready deliverables.
