Analyze and reconcile various daily and weekly reports
Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive results
Act as subject matter expert in pre/post cruise financial escalations
Initiate and reconcile travel agency accounts to ensure compliance within company guidelines
Research, analyze, and reconcile shipboard inquiries and collaborate with internal business partners on the resolution
Coordinate the onboarding of Travel Agency vendors into the Disney Supplier Management Portal, while partnering with Disney Worldwide Shared Services for issue resolution
Troubleshoot technology issues related to accounting and financial rules
Provide guidance and expertise to internal/external partners to assist in interpreting financial transactions
Research and reconcile escalated inquiries and support partners to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
Undertake other assigned projects and duties by leadership
