Responsibilities

  • Analyze and reconcile various daily and weekly reports
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to drive results
  • Act as subject matter expert in pre/post cruise financial escalations
  • Initiate and reconcile travel agency accounts to ensure compliance within company guidelines
  • Research, analyze, and reconcile shipboard inquiries and collaborate with internal business partners on the resolution
  • Coordinate the onboarding of Travel Agency vendors into the Disney Supplier Management Portal, while partnering with Disney Worldwide Shared Services for issue resolution
  • Troubleshoot technology issues related to accounting and financial rules
  • Provide guidance and expertise to internal/external partners to assist in interpreting financial transactions
  • Research and reconcile escalated inquiries and support partners to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory obligations
  • Undertake other assigned projects and duties by leadership
