Requirements

Proven track record with 2–4 years of experience in dynamic, fast-paced environments — ideally within a high-growth startup — where adaptability and precision go hand in hand
Exceptional analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail and the confidence to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights

Responsibilities

Craft a data-rich narrative for our investors, translating our commercial strategy and financial performance into clear insights that build trust and support our future funding goals
Spearhead the evaluation and implementation of AI in finance to optimize core processes, from expense management to monthly closing
Design and implement a scalable financial processes and governance frameworks required to support rapid growth, providing the company with a robust and controlled operational foundation
Develop and maintain dynamic short and long-term cash flow planning to optimize liquidity, track our runway, and identify opportunities for yield enhancement and spending reduction
