Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end commission payout process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies
  • Collaborate with Sales, HR, and Payroll teams to validate commission data and resolve discrepancies
  • Maintain and enhance commission models and tools to support scalability and transparency
  • Analyze commission structures and performance metrics to identify trends and recommend improvements
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting and budgeting cycles related to commissions and incentive programs
  • Prepare and present financial reports and dashboards to senior leadership, highlighting key insights and variances
  • Partner with business units to align commission planning with strategic goals and financial targets
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • Understand Operating Principles and apply them to job performance
  • Own the customer experience by prioritizing customers and providing seamless digital options
