Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A solid understanding of financial accounting principles is essential, along with 2-4 years of experience in FP&A or a related finance/analytical role.
The Financial Analyst will partner with the business to develop bottom-up builds of operating budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans. They will run reports to analyze key drivers of month-end close variances and assist with ad hoc analyses for senior management to understand trends and opportunities. The analyst will analyze the effectiveness of existing programs and develop strategies for improvement, meet with decision makers to drive metrics on project objectives, and build models to determine cost-benefit and return on investment for proposed projects.
