Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related quantitative field, and a minimum of two years of combined experience in roles such as investment banking, private equity, venture capital, corporate finance, or FP&A, preferably within a high-growth technology company. Prior experience in the payments or FinTech industry is preferred, along with expertise in financial statement analysis, corporate finance concepts, and reporting techniques. Proficiency in SQL and data modeling, and experience with Python is a plus.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including maintaining the company-wide financial model and providing reporting and ad-hoc analysis to senior leaders. They will also manage the company-wide headcount plan, build robust financial models to support strategic planning, analyze internal KPIs and consolidated financials, identify process improvements, and communicate performance to key stakeholders, providing value by leveraging financial expertise to inform Finix’s overall strategy.
