Requirements

  • 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
  • Preferred: 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
  • Ability to work in a hybrid position with expectation of days in office (confirmed by hiring manager)
  • Availability to work hours that vary upon the needs of the department
  • Willingness to travel 5-10% of the time
  • Ability to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, and frequently operate standard office equipment such as telephones and computers

Responsibilities

  • Manage incentive contracts for Latin America
  • Analyze newly executed incentive contract terms to assess Visa's contractual obligations and determine appropriate accounting treatment based on Visa policy and procedures
  • Review proformas to ensure accurate contract interpretation and proper application of Visa accounting policy
  • Set up incentive contracts in the Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) system according to contract terms, ensuring that all key obligations are accurately addressed and accommodating system limitations
  • Manage, track, and process contractual payments per contract terms accurately and in a timely manner for all regions
  • Liaise with Sales, Legal, and clients to determine the fulfillment of contractual obligations
  • Review ongoing contract performance and update future performance amortization schedules as needed
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to assigned contracts
  • Coordinate with the larger Client Incentive Operations team to understand various deals across regions and ensure a consistent business process is applied globally for similar contract structures
  • Support ad hoc analysis or projects as needed
  • Ensure key production metrics for the month are met
