Requirements

Candidates should have 3-4 years of related work experience, preferably in SaaS, with knowledge of corporate finance terms, accounting principles, and experience with Adaptive or comparable planning tools. Strong analytical, Excel, PowerPoint, organizational, and communication skills are required, along with the ability to multitask independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Intacct or a comparable accounting system is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Financial Analyst will prepare Budget vs Actuals (BVA) reports, coordinate with Accounting on month-end close, and review and present large amounts of raw data. They will communicate with budget owners and senior leaders, maintain data in Adaptive financial planning, assist in refining the Workday Adaptive tool, and collaborate with Procurement processes. The role involves working with peer analysts to drive business initiatives, recommending process improvements, and balancing budgets for various departments.
