Requirements

Qualified CA (Preferred) with 1+ years of Accounting, Audit working experience
Experience with Oracle R12, PIMS, SAP and Salesforce CPQ and Tasks product preferred
Willingness to learn new systems and legacy systems at a fast pace
Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to interact and collaborate with internal and external customers at all levels globally
Skills in dealing with offshore partners and communication
High degree of accuracy and management of heavy workload
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency, with advanced level Excel and Access skills
Good understanding of Accounting and Revenue recognition concepts
Proficient accounting knowledge on Bad Debt accounting and Providing process
Positive attitude for learning Analytical tools like Alteryx, Blue prism, Tableau etc
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently, be accountable, and escalate issues
Ability to multitask and work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
Motivated to achieve objectives and take leading position for projects

Responsibilities

Perform analysis and provide Senior Management final monthly results for DSO, Delinquent AR, and Cash Collection
Understand and analyze KPIs including providing KPIs to Senior management on a monthly basis and ad hoc with detailed drivers for changes compared to historical periods
Support Finance and Collection Team to consolidate, analyze and report Revenue data
Use analytical tools like Alteryx, Blue prism, Tableau for day-to-day operational reports and Reconciliations
Assist with special projects and ad hoc reports as necessary
Analyze and resolve issues timely and efficiently while ensuring reporting
Perform backfill and support to other accountants from multiple departments
Interact and collaborate with internal (employees or Managers) and external customers at all levels including third parties to achieve results
Work with a diverse group of people globally to resolve issues for internal employees and external customers
Assist AR–Cash Global Senior Manager and Leadership team with analyses for Reserve, DSO, Delinquent AR, and Cash Collections models for all Divisions
Review/analyze Internal and external interface monitoring throughout each close with Order to Cash and other workstreams
Understand subsystems such as SmartView, Tableau, PIMS, Oracle (R12), GL, SAP, AR, AP modules & ARCS Accounts and tasks products
Adhere to accounting, audit, systems controls and procedures ensuring compliance with corporate policies and SOX controls
Improve Key Financial OTC metrics (DSO, Delinquency and cash collections)
