Requirements

5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial systems
3+ years of experience supporting SAP ERP systems, particularly SAP S/4HANA
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field

Responsibilities

Partner with IT and finance stakeholders to deploy new SAP Fiori applications based on business need
Ensure that CVSH is up-to-date on latest available functionality
Collaborate externally as needed with vendors for best practices and system reviews
Facilitate training sessions and working groups to enhance user understanding and system proficiency
Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure timely resolution of system incidents and service requests
Serve as a Finance subject matter expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA, supporting day-to-day operations and user inquiries
Collaborate with IT and finance stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and implement sustainable solutions
Support finance teams in adopting new SAP capabilities and enhancements aligned with best practices
Maintain documentation, training materials, and user guides to support system usage and adoption
Support financial data validation, reconciliation, and integrity checks during system updates or changes
Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements in all system-related activities
Assist in maintaining master data and configuration settings to support accurate financial reporting
Work closely with Finance, IT, and other business units to identify and implement process enhancements
Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on priorities and share system insights
Contribute to change management efforts by supporting communication, training, and adoption strategies
