What We're Looking For

We are seeking a Finance Systems Director responsible for driving initiatives that modernize financial systems and processes. This role will enhance efficiency, compliance, and decision-making by developing and implementing scalable solutions aligned with Welltech's strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute a multi-year digital finance transformation roadmap (Workday ERP and HRIS in the center of the ecosystem), continuously monitor, evaluate, and adapt it based on evolving business needs and emerging best practices.
  • Partner with Finance, HR, IT, and other business units to align digital initiatives with organizational OKRs.
  • Lead discovery and assessment phases of transformation projects to identify key areas of opportunity in finance modernization.
  • Manage vendor and third-party consultants' relationships for system implementations, including contract negotiation, where applicable.
  • Lead change management strategies, including stakeholder engagement, communication plans, and training.
  • Promote a digital mindset across the finance function.
  • Strengthen financial controls and audit readiness through system automation.
  • Lead a team of 5-7 professionals, including system analysts and project coordinators, and ensure the ERP team becomes self-sufficient by developing structured learning and development paths for team members.

Education & Experience:

  • Strong understanding of the Workday ERP system.
  • 8+ years of experience in finance leadership, consulting, or transformation roles.
  • Proven track record of leading finance digital transformation or Workday ERP implementation projects.
  • Familiarity with project management frameworks, data governance, and process automation principles and best practices.
