Candidates should possess a strong understanding of the Workday ERP system, along with 8 years of experience in finance leadership, consulting, or transformation roles, and a proven track record of leading finance digital transformation or Workday ERP implementation projects. Familiarity with project management frameworks, data governance, and process automation principles and best practices is also required.
The Finance Systems Director will be responsible for executing a multi-year digital finance transformation roadmap centered around Workday ERP and HRIS, partnering with various business units to align initiatives with organizational objectives, leading discovery and assessment phases of transformation projects, managing vendor relationships, leading change management strategies, promoting a digital mindset across the finance function, strengthening financial controls, and leading a team of 5-7 professionals to ensure the ERP team becomes self-sufficient through structured learning and development.
