As an FP&A Supervisor, you will lead financial performance for main teams, overseeing labor planning, forecast accuracy, and process improvements. You will manage a team of 3-8 individuals, ensuring deliverables while maintaining governance and control. Additionally, you will drive improvements through Lean and RPA methodologies, redesign status reporting, escalate risks, and solve challenges. Building strong relationships to stay aligned with business changes and projects is key. You will report directly to the FP&A Manager.
