Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Demonstrated financial accounting experience in a group finance function working across multiple business units
  • Advanced proficiency with accounting software (Microsoft D365) and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups, etc.)
  • Experience using and maintaining a large ERP preferably D365 and expense management system
  • Experience using and maintaining Blackline or similar reconciliation system
  • Good working knowledge of GST, FBT & ATO compliance
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to spot discrepancies and resolve issues promptly
  • Right to lawfully work and live in Australia

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st level support for Finance and Business users on D365, Blackline, Concur, and credit card inquiries
  • Triage all tickets across the Finance Solution Queues, ensuring correct assignment and timely escalation of high-priority issues to the Head of Finance Solutions
  • Collaborate with Finance and Group Technology to embed processes
  • Maintain support tickets according to SLAs for user-friendly call tracking, and proactively communicate with users to manage expectations effectively
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance Solutions team, key system vendors, and the IT department to resolve system issues and drive continuous enhancement of the Finance systems landscape
