Requirements

Candidates must have the ability to lawfully access information and technology subject to US export controls, a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field, and over 10 years of experience. Experience in consulting, transaction services, office of the CFO, or FP&A, preferably within a high-growth company at the intersection of hardware and software like advanced manufacturing, robotics, or automation, is highly valued. Exceptional project management skills, fluency in P&L, balance sheet, cash flows, and cost accounting, along with excellent communication skills to convey financial insights to executive and technical audiences, are essential. Familiarity with the Aerospace & Defense GTM cycle is also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Finance PMO Director will serve as the execution hub between Finance, Accounting, and cross-functional teams, ensuring financial rigor across internal processes and revenue-generating projects. This role involves leading the Finance PMO, identifying and resolving process weaknesses, and acting as the primary liaison for cross-functional process improvement. Responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end financial project management for customer-facing projects, managing quoting and pricing, budget-to-actual tracking, and Oracle Project Accounting. The Director will also drive or support the implementation and optimization of financial systems, document financial processes, monitor regulatory changes, develop financial reports and KPIs, and provide ad-hoc analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.
