Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
2–3 years of experience in financial operations or a related analytical role
Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Deltek, SAP)
Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

Support financial workflows across billing, procurement, and manufacturing
Reconcile financial data across ERP and operational systems for accuracy
Analyze spend and production trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities
Prepare recurring reports and dashboards to inform financial decisions
Partner with Accounting, Contracts, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement to maintain accurate financial data
Document and refine financial process workflows and controls
Support projects related to system integration and process automation
Track Accounts Payable activity and ensure clear visibility into spend across programs and manufacturing
Partner with Procurement and Manufacturing teams to streamline workflows and improve cost tracking
Support spend forecasting by consolidating procurement, production, and budget data
Provide actionable insights into spend trends and production cost drivers
