Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in financial operations or a related analytical role
  • Familiarity with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite, Deltek, SAP)
  • Strong analytical and Excel/PowerPoint skills with high attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Support financial workflows across billing, procurement, and manufacturing
  • Reconcile financial data across ERP and operational systems for accuracy
  • Analyze spend and production trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities
  • Prepare recurring reports and dashboards to inform financial decisions
  • Partner with Accounting, Contracts, Program Management, Manufacturing, and Procurement to maintain accurate financial data
  • Document and refine financial process workflows and controls
  • Support projects related to system integration and process automation
  • Track Accounts Payable activity and ensure clear visibility into spend across programs and manufacturing
  • Partner with Procurement and Manufacturing teams to streamline workflows and improve cost tracking
  • Support spend forecasting by consolidating procurement, production, and budget data
  • Provide actionable insights into spend trends and production cost drivers
