Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field, along with 5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science. They must be proficient in SQL/MySQL and data management systems, demonstrate expertise in Microsoft Excel with advanced formulas and pivot tables, and have experience with data visualization tools like PowerBI. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have experience working with large datasets and data warehousing concepts, as well as excellent communication skills for translating data insights into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

The Finance Business Intelligence Manager will design and implement BI solutions to translate business requirements into data models and visualizations, build and maintain dashboards and reports for key Finance stakeholders, extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources to identify trends, and improve the maturity of the Data Analytics function within the finance team. They will also identify opportunities for automation, drive continuous process improvement, develop documentation and training materials, and participate in the design and implementation of best practices within the finance and cross-functional teams.
