Responsibilities

  • Analyze data on financial/operating metrics and customer behavior.
  • Design and implement comprehensive dashboards for visibility into key metrics and system health.
  • Partner with functional Data teams, Sales Strategy, Marketing Operations, and Product teams to develop management reporting/KPIs.
  • Oversee regular operating reviews of business initiatives and new products.
  • Discover data gaps and provide requirements to Central Data teams.
  • Support financial analyses that drive GitLab’s earnings guidance and are presented to GitLab’s C-level executives and Board of Directors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales leaders, revenue operations, product, and marketing.
