Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • MS Office Suite experience
  • Flexibility to provide backfill coverage at multiple locations on short notice, including same-day assignments
  • Ability to maintain a professional image and provide prompt, courteous, and efficient service
  • Willingness to undergo training at SPS sites within the assigned region

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service in all forms of communication
  • Process inbound and outbound mail/packages, including sorting, packaging, and sealing shipments using manual or electronic chain of custody procedures
  • Assist with copy/print production, monitor equipment functionality, replenish toner/paper, and provide binding services (e.g., GBC, Velo, Coil, Wire)
  • Perform document scanning, imaging, and light copy/print reproduction
  • Maintain Office Services Center, pantry, conference rooms, kitchens, breakrooms in neat condition, including cleaning, stocking, and organization
  • Provide general and preventative office maintenance, repair duties, oversee equipment maintenance and safety tests
  • Monitor, inventory, and replenish office supplies; order as needed
  • Set up meeting and conference rooms
  • Provide reception or concierge coverage: welcome guests, log visitors, catalog information, orient new clients, route calls, coordinate with security, manage access
  • Represent SPS Global and clients positively in all interactions (in-person, phone, email)
  • Provide light administrative support, data entry, hospitality services as directed
