Requirements

4 years Graduation Degree in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation & Control/Computer Science Engineering
5+ years of field experience on Rockwell Automation (RA) products and software in project execution or service delivery
Overall 7-10 years’ experience in automation industry in similar work profile
Ability to travel 75% of the time (frequent extensive travel to customer sites, majorly North and East India but not limited to other regions)
Valid driver's license and Passport
Ability to understand/resolve field issues, help Jr. Engineers, create/understand technical documents, design control systems/networks, do configurations
Ability to perform complete site study independently and follow step-by-step problem-solving approach
Ability to consult on installed base, generate reports, coordinate with technical support team (internal/external coordination for technical/non-technical areas)
Disciplined and follow Company Quality and Safety Standards

Responsibilities

Schedule AMC visits with customer, and follow-up for complete service cycle
Deliver Field Services to customers on site and remote support
Deliver Project Design, Engineering, Installation and Commissioning
Services Billing and Documentation
Services Business consultancy & Lead Generation
Provide Remote Support Technical Services
Deliver Trainings to Customers
