Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Electrical/Automation preferred)
  • Experience with Electrical Submersible Pumps
  • Fluent in Azerbaijani
  • Intermediate English
  • Russian is a plus
  • Good team player
  • Ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships
  • Proactive, flexible, and a self-starter
  • Good attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Performing the installation and pulling of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems for onshore and offshore oil and water wells
  • Performing the set-up and start-ups of VSDs (Control Panels) to ensure reliability and performance
  • Troubleshooting surface and down-hole ESP equipment to monitor production, maximize well productivity, and improve run life
  • Overseeing the installation/pulling of (complex) ESP Systems, and associated equipment in offshore and onshore locations
  • Providing expertise and consultancy to the customer for work completed and in process
  • Keeping accurate records of all work performed to ensure documentation is updated
  • Attending pre-job planning meetings, preparing for and supervising the technical service of equipment
  • Acting as the onsite representative for communication with customers and account managers
