Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (Electrical/Automation preferred)
Experience with Electrical Submersible Pumps
Fluent in Azerbaijani
Intermediate English
Russian is a plus
Good team player
Ability to adapt in an ever-changing, dynamic environment
Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build relationships
Proactive, flexible, and a self-starter
Good attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Performing the installation and pulling of Electrical Submersible Pump (ESP) systems for onshore and offshore oil and water wells
Performing the set-up and start-ups of VSDs (Control Panels) to ensure reliability and performance
Troubleshooting surface and down-hole ESP equipment to monitor production, maximize well productivity, and improve run life
Overseeing the installation/pulling of (complex) ESP Systems, and associated equipment in offshore and onshore locations
Providing expertise and consultancy to the customer for work completed and in process
Keeping accurate records of all work performed to ensure documentation is updated
Attending pre-job planning meetings, preparing for and supervising the technical service of equipment
Acting as the onsite representative for communication with customers and account managers
