Candidates must have a minimum of 7 years of experience leading the successful delivery of Field Service platform architecture and delivery projects. They should also have at least 7 years of experience delivering projects that integrate field service platform suites (like Salesforce, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, IFS, ServiceMax) and service delivery enablement (field worker, third-party management), with bonus points for experience in Service Delivery Operations. A consulting background and experience managing programs combining strategy, field service experience design, and technology architecture & delivery disciplines are ideal. The role requires primary residency within 90 minutes of an approved Accenture office and willingness to travel as required.
The Field Service Technology Delivery Lead will be responsible for the overall success of field service technology-focused Service Experience programs, managing client relationships, financials, project delivery, resourcing, and overall program health. This role involves leading end-to-end delivery of complex, global Service solutions, developing strong client relationships, and identifying follow-on project opportunities. Responsibilities include planning and estimating delivery work using an Agile approach, managing day-to-day project teams (both on-shore and off-shore), managing project ideation from requirements gathering to detailed user stories, and leading experience-led teams in developing strategic vision and creative UI/UX design. The lead will also manage and contribute to platform migration and global rollout strategies and execution, interact with client stakeholders for business justification, funding, scope, and timeline, and contribute to the ongoing development of solution/program offering approaches and methodologies.
