Physical abilities: lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, stand/sit/walk for long periods, twist/bend/stoop/kneel/squat/crawl/reach, work on uneven surfaces (concrete/asphalt), operate keyboard/phone/vehicle, work in extreme temperatures/dust/dirt, discern visual/audible alarms
Ability to travel approximately 30% of the day in city/rural/expressway conditions
Availability for on-call coverage, including occasional weekends, holidays, night shifts, 12-hour shifts

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain chemical dispensing equipment, commercial dish machines, and on-premise laundry machines
Train and coach field-based Senior Field Service Technicians
Deliver exceptional service to ensure customer retention and superior customer service
Work independently in a field-based position
