Requirements

Candidates must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent and reside within 30 miles of Marlborough, MA. Responsibilities

The Field Service Technician will provide best-in-class customer service to ensure coffee equipment is properly functioning, perform scheduled service including proactive maintenance, installations, and emergency requests, and manage equipment inventories by ordering parts as needed. Responsibilities also include documenting procedures electronically and driving a company vehicle.
