A Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of experience in onsite technical support for hardware and software.
Candidates need technical knowledge for data analysis, basic knowledge of OneDrive, Intune & Autopilot, networking, Microsoft Teams, and Teams Rooms, plus strong communication skills.
