Responsibilities

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular communication and jobsite visits in Myrtle Beach, SC / Charleston, SC / Wilmington, NC
  • Resolve jobsite issues quickly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and project continuity
  • Provide valuable market insights on competitors, service trends, and customer needs
  • Identify opportunities for product enhancements or modifications to better serve clients
  • Support Account Managers in generating new business and promoting product lines
  • Monitor regional sales activity and contribute to strategic planning
  • Assist with project setup, attend pre-construction meetings, and perform jobsite drive-bys as needed
  • Prepare reports and documentation to support internal and external communication
