Availability to travel and serve clients outside the state for periods of up to one month (company covers expenses)
Based in Toluca, Estado de México, or surrounding areas
Desirable Requirements
Practical experience in plumbing and familiarity with industrial equipment
Experience with boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems
Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and pumping systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Provide expert service and support for water treatment and filtration systems
Monitor chemical usage and system performance to ensure optimal operation
Diagnose and resolve equipment and treatment issues with a focus on cost-effective solutions
Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize equipment uptime
Maintain accurate service documentation and communicate clearly with clients
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve service delivery
