Requirements

5+ years in field service management, construction, or multi-site operations. Customer service and people management experience preferred
Bilingual: English/Spanish preferred
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms like Salesforce
Problem Solver: Strong project management, organization, and decision-making skills
Communicator: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport
Education: High school diploma or GED required; AA degree or higher preferred
Valid Driver’s License: Required, with the ability to operate a company-provided vehicle
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs., walk properties (including stairs), and work in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities

Oversee Field Service Operations: Manage daily service projects across assigned communities, ensuring timely and high-quality completion
Manage Contractors: Recruit, onboard, and supervise independent contractors to meet service expectations and quality standards
Maintain Client Relationships: Build strong connections with property managers and site staff, ensuring satisfaction and resolving issues quickly
Monitor Service Quality: Conduct regular property visits, perform quality checks, and address service concerns proactively
Support Sales Efforts: Assist with service proposals, bidding new work, and identifying additional service opportunities
Promote Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, conduct incident investigations, and ensure regulatory compliance
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with operations, finance, HR, marketing, and IT teams to support seamless service delivery
Keep Accurate Records: Track service completion, contractor performance, and client communications in Salesforce
