Job Title: Independently Licensed Clinician (Telehealth - Evenings & Weekends)

Employment Type: Part-time

Position Overview

Thriveworks is seeking Independently Licensed Clinicians to provide telehealth sessions in the evenings and on weekends to clients in California.

Important: Clinicians must be licensed and residing in California to practice in the state.

Compensation

This is a Fee for Service (W2) position with a compensation range of up to $28,000. Total compensation includes a flat rate and two bonus opportunities, with ranges varying based on completed session volume and licensure.

Requirements

  • Independent Licensure in California: Must hold one of the following licenses:
    • Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
    • Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
  • Experience: Required experience in diagnosing.
  • Availability: Willing to see a minimum of 10 sessions per week.
  • Flexibility: Open to seeing couples and/or children (support provided).
  • Growth Potential: Candidates interested in growing into leadership roles or supervisory positions are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Provide telehealth therapy sessions to clients in California during evenings and weekends.
  • Diagnose and treat clients as per professional standards.
