Requirements

  • A major in Biology, Biochemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related
  • More than 3 years of experience in field service or related engineering department
  • Excellent communications, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Having problem solving mindset and business mind for better productivity, better speed, better results
  • Experiences for leading a small group or some small projects

Responsibilities

  • Maintenance/Repair/Troubleshooting/Installation/Validation (GMP: IQOQ) of equipment
  • Organize strategic sales promotion/proposal activities to major customers such as maintenance/comprehensive contracts, inspection contracts, spare parts sales, etc
  • Collaboration as a team with domestic & worldwide other branches/departments to manage customer’s outcome by controlling customer situation (revenue forecast/contract ratio/quality issues)
  • Deliver mid to large scale installation projects as project manager by collaborating with other departments
  • Preparation for launch of new equipment, obtaining service trainer certification
  • Customer support by remote, dispatch field engineers to customer site
