Up-to-date technical competence in assigned products through successful completion of relevant training and development
Trained and assigned as Subject Matter Expert (SME) in specific device/technology

Responsibilities

Install, service, repair, and maintain products distributed by Baxter/Hillrom in the defined geographical area as per service documentation and quality system framework
Establish and maintain timely customer communications and relationships, along with key stakeholders (e.g., team members, business units)
Report all relevant service activity, ensuring updated and accurate service data in the service system (close all work orders within the same day)
Maintain and document assigned calibration equipment
Provide technical support for inbound calls from customers and patients, document jobs on the system, and undertake relevant actions
Identify opportunities for new business or business growth for products and services, and escalate to relevant stakeholders (e.g., account managers, Inside Sales)
Review KPIs regularly and adapt working practices to maximize service levels
As SME: Co-ordinate and disseminate technical updates and bulletins
As SME: Act as technical expert and support for customers, account managers, and engineers, including as technical escalation point for designated product group
As SME: Escalate and communicate updates to monthly SME calls
As SME: Represent UKI interests in EMEA/Global technical community
As SME: Provide technical input into contracts and tender submissions
