A full, clean driving license is required, along with the ability to travel domestically and internationally. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities are also necessary.
The Field Service Engineer will provide technical support to customers, including commissioning, installing, and testing Alcon surgical equipment within their assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying and correcting complex start-up problems, maintaining and evaluating equipment, recommending upgrades, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. The role also involves managing expenses, company assets, developing customer relationships, resolving implementation issues, and training customers on equipment features.
