Responsibilities

Service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer site, including electrical and mechanical testing, in accordance with maintenance contracts
Installation and maintenance of Beckman Coulter equipment in the territory of Republic of Hungary
Providing authoritative support on the site and by telephone
Maintaining professional relationship with customers by providing technical user training
Supporting new products introduction
Supporting Service team in all customers related activities
Reporting service activities, entering and closing tasks in SMS
Work within standard operating procedures and/or scientific methods
